Terms and Conditions for Inspire Threads

Welcome to Inspire Threads! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and any purchases made in person at markets or festivals. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

- These Terms apply to all users of the website, online store, and customers purchasing at markets or festivals.

- By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Product Information

- We sell reversible bucket hats and socks under the brand “Inspire Threads”.

- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

- We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and images may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitors and screens.

3. Pricing and Payment

- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Australian law.

- We accept the following payment methods: In accordance with Stripes online services & Commbank Smart mini’s acceptance aswell as Cash in person

- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. If purchasing online, your payment details will be securely processed through our payment gateway.

4. Shipping and Delivery

- For online purchases, we offer shipping within Australia and to select international destinations.

- Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

- We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, any risk of loss passes to you as the customer.

5. Returns and Consumer Guarantees

- As an Australian business, Inspire Threads complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means that our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

- If your purchase is faulty, significantly different from what was described, or otherwise breaches a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate the process.

- For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Market and Festival Sales

- All sales made in person are final however exchanges are possible if the product has all orginal tags and is in unused condition

- We accept cash and Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, JCB, EFTPOS, and UnionPay transactions at our market and festival stalls.

7. Privacy Policy

- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8. Intellectual Property

- All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Inspire Threads and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.
